Provide every child with appropriate safety skills in and around water. Provide as many sensations as possible in the water. Help kids explore, improve and master their movement patterns and interaction with the water.
Ages 3 years and above.
Two times per week 30 minutes per session
Physical literacy and basic movement/swimming skills. Reinforce positive attitude and introduce concept of self confidence. Provide knowledge of the basic use of swimming equipment. Introduce concentration skills.
Ages 4 years and above.
LTS BEGINNERS Two times per week 45 minutes per session
LTS ADVANCED Three times per week 1 hour per session
LTS INTERMEDIATE Two times per week 45 minutes per session
Further development of swimming skills and technique. Progressively refine swimming skills – strokes, turns, starts, underwater skills. Continue to promote positive reinforcement.
